The outlook also shows the interconnectedness. “For example, AI could prove to be an important catalyst in the development of new medicines. Medical progress in turn has an impact on demographic trends, which in turn affect the bond markets,” Björn Jesch, Global Chief Investment Officer at DWS, stated.
