The economic headwinds that faced Asia last year have begun to ease. China and India are expected to account for more than half of global growth this year. Other countries in the region like Vietnam, Thailand and Indonesia have returned to their pre-pandemic growth.
Where in this environment do investment opportunities arise? Top international investment experts will share their insights for the region and major Asian asset classes.
Exclusively for institutional and professional investors from Austria, Germany and Switzerland.
All presentations will be held in English.

With China’s re-opening momentum gathering pace and now largely positioned for by investors, what else can the Asia region offer for 2023. Korea and Taiwan were some of the weakest markets globally in 2022, but has the IT cycle finally bottomed? India was one of the strongest markets in 2022 but can they repeat such strength for this year?
Markets have been jittery over the fear of banking crisis recently, and inflation data is not providing much solace either. Where does this environment leave Japan in terms of the outlook for the equity markets? Are there still attractive investment opportunities? Oleg Kapinos will address these and other topics in his presentation.
China, the world’s second most liquid stock market, has had its recent fortunes dictated by an apparently never-ending stream of negative headlines and can’t seem to catch a break. The silver lining is that from a valuation perspective it now trades at near a record low valuation relative to the rest of the world. Both China’s value and growth stocks are now very attractively priced relative to similar-profile stocks in other countries. Where though, are the most compelling opportunities to be found and are they worth the risks?
