We talked to him about the recent market environment, and how the economic slowdown is affecting corporate earnings and dividend growth. Weyerer is making the case for dividend strategies, saying dividend strategies can help investors to ride out drawdowns.
Marcus Weyerer is a Senior ETF Investment Strategist at Franklin Templeton Investments. He joined in 2019 from ETF provider Wisdomtree, where he was ETF Sales Specialist. Previously, he worked at Intesa Sanpaolo in London as a money market trader and in the bank's treasury service.
