The recent geopolitical tensions seem to have changed the sentiment towards Chinese investments with international investors shunning away from China. On top is the economic recovery, which is far from typical. We spoke to Gerwin Bell, Lead Economist Asia at PGIM Fixed Income, about his outlook for China’s economy, the increasing pressure on the Chinese government to introduce more fiscal measures and the importance of China’s property sector.
